Board Members

The Board of the Giyani Development Agency comprises members drawn from business, government and the Giyani community, appointed for their expertise in development finance, engineering, agriculture, law and public administration.

Composition

Chairperson — leads the Board and its accountability to stakeholders.
Deputy Chairperson — supports the Chairperson and chairs designated committees.
Non-Executive Members — independent oversight across finance, projects, audit and people.
Chief Executive Officer — ex officio, accountable for delivery.
