Request for Quotations (RFQ)

Requests for quotations are used for procurement below the tender threshold. RFQs are published on this page and distributed directly to registered vendors in the relevant commodity category.

How to respond

• Download the RFQ document and complete all returnable schedules.
• Submit before the closing date and time stated on the RFQ — late submissions are not accepted.
• Quotations are evaluated on price and preference points in line with the Agency's SCM Policy.

There are no open RFQs at present. Register as a vendor to be notified when RFQs in your category are issued.
